We worked closely with the Institute for Addressing Strangulation to prepare posters with information about strangulation in Polish. The information is primarily based on their guidelines and resources.
We covered 5 topics:
1) What is strangulation?
2) What can I do if I've been strangled?
3) Symptoms of strangulation - physical and emotional
4) What is sexual consent?
5) Where can I seek support?
